Garmin Mobile XT software for the Symbian platform smartphones version 5.00.50 is a step ahead from its previous version. When tested on Nokia 5800, it works fine, every feature is working in the good performance. Even when in map browsing mode, repeated panning of the map from left to right, top to bottom, for some minutes did not result in “freezing” or “hanging” of the software, unlike version 5.00.40.
Better Features of Garmin Mobile XT
- Provide ‘Exit’ option to the Activate Software page.
- Correct the turn preview page in landscape orientation.
- Correct an error that occurs when the ‘Arrival’ button is selected.
- Correct the text color of the main map page when displayed in night mode.
